The P85-Million New Tulay Central Mosque project, the first multi-million project of SENARD ITC had just been completed although the construction process has been plagued with delays for various reasons.

All the engineering designs -- structural, electrical, sanitary, fire-fighting and drainage were prepared by SENARD ITC while the architectural designs were made by The Ampersand Architects.

The mosque now boasts itself as the biggest mosque in the Philippines.

The project is a donation of The Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahayan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundations under the able stewardship of H.H. Shk. Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahayan, President of the United Arab Emirates, to the people of Jolo, Sulu, Philippines.
