The Sheik Butti Tower, located in downtown Dubai just beside the Dubai Creek Tower, has 19 typical floors, mezzanine, ground floor and 2 basements. Built mainly for office use, it has 2 floors of shopping center and two parking levels at the basements.

Like the Dubai Creek Tower, it has a solid mat foundation resting on hard bedrock. The superstructure is made of reinforced concrete beam-and-column and a solid slab system.
