The Badri Apartments is a three-story structure housing 3-bedroom, 2-bedroom and studio-type executive apartments with recreational facilities at the ground floor.

Designed for five floors, the substructure consists of bored cast-in-situ concrete pile foundation extending down to a depth of 12.0 meters. With hollow ceiling ‘hordi’ blocks as fillers, the structural framing system consists of concealed beams and ribbed slabs 40 centimeters in thickness.
